“Dear Diary, She has a hazy glow resembling the beautiful accumulation of early morning fog kissed by the orange juice-hued southwestern desert sunrise and smells of pineapple-grapefruit juice perfume. With love, IPA”

Poured from a stovepipe can, best by September 28th 2023
On a relatively hard pour a surprisingly beautiful, dense, bone white, 3 finger head forms with impressive retention at 1 rocky finger throughout. Body is a light golden color, and isn't completely opaque, but is actually decently translucent. Lacing tries to form, but bigger rings have a hard time sticking.
Aroma is bright and fruity, but not quite juicy, more like a tart strawberry rhubarb thing, with some tropical notes as well. Interesting, and very crisp. There is a slight underlying dankness.darkness.
Taste is less interesting than the aroma, with the malt and fruity hops sort of melding to takes like a slightly bitter, slightly underripe strawberry. It does taste quite fresh, but not the hop explosion I've experienced from the best of the best NEIPAs. Definitely makes me think tart strawberry rhubarb, but maybe it's just me.
The feel is super drinkable and refreshing despite a malty fullness that is present throughout, and the longer finish. There is a certain dryness that sticks around for a while after you swallow before the long finish really kicks in.
Overall, this beer is decent, and might be a nice way to work someone's way into enjoying hoppier beers. Low bitterness, an almost German tasting malty finish, and a tame, but unique hop profile.

Awake and alive. Alive and awake. Here Raul is… No longer in the desert, but by the ocean. And sipping. Dreaming. And sipping… And on this one, on this one that treats me so well, I feel fortunate. Fortunate to ‘be,’ and fortunate to be able to experience these luxurious things. Imagine being burnt by the sun. Imagine dying of thirst… But here I am, getting wasted on a beautiful concoction, with the odds in my favor that I’ll wake up tomorrow. I don’t bullshit. I don’t lie. But if you can, I ask you to try. Please try.

12 oz can. Pours hazy dark yellow with a small white head that retains well and leaves some lacing.
The aroma is very subdued, wheat malt with some stinky hops and a little fruit.
The flavor is sweet wheat malt and some fruit with resiny hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, a decent NE IPA. A bit subdued.

This is a really nice one from Marble, who I admittedly haven't had a lot from - think I've only seen maybe 3-4 of theirs in CO. But hey it's a start. So yeah, looks like orange juice as mentioned on the can, with a creamy white head. Can't see through this one bit. Get some orange blossom on the nose, and whatever hops they used - I tried to look it up, only to run into that silly diary-entry they have on the can again and again! Taste is sweet, citrusy, mildly bitter, very smooth mouthfeel. I wouldn't be surprised if some oats went into this. Goes down incredibly easy without being cloying like some of the NE's can be, and I am left wanting another. Lacing on the finished glass was something to behold, reminiscent of Hokusai's Great Wave.

Is it just me? I'm having the triple berry double white now as well, these beers taste great but something about the carbonation is making the feel weird for me. They taste great though

From the 19 oz can, it pours a hazy light orange-amber colorwith a generous white head that slowly reduces and leaves lacing. In the nose, it is citrusy, with pineapple coming through. In the mouth, it is the same, very pleasant and easy on the tongue!
