Canned on 29th March 2015, purchased at Tin Bucket.
A mildly hazy orange with a dense, off-white head with excellent retention and nice lacing, this looks great. The nose opens with a plenty of fruit - citrus, tropical fruit, a little bit of stone fruit - as well as a mild bitterness. As with their pils that I had last night, there's a slight soapiness to the nose. The hops, though, are glorious - bright, fragrant, refreshing. Just a little bit of malt is present, lending a sweetness that complements the fruit.
The palate opens with a full, juicy, hoppy fruitiness, nectar-like and downright quaffable. Light citrus, white peach, mango and a little bit of grape are all present in great harmony. Mildly floral (from the Centennial?)as well. The mid-palate has a little bit of malt, a cotton candy like sweetness. A touch of soap is present as well. Drying on the finish with a moder ate bitterness, pleasant and clean, this beer is light in body, moderately carbonated and is very, very good, even despite the soapiness.

Murky hazy straw colored pouring beer. The head that formed was a 1 finger white and frothy looking head. Head retention isn't the greatest, and there's a bit of lacing on the glass.
The aroma is tropical, and I caught a whiff of it while pouring the beer. Up close I get a lot of mango in here, and it's a sweeter smelling mango. I also get some hints of pineapple, but it is light.
Taste - Well, the taste is opposite of the aroma. The pineapple is the main flavor in this beer and it's backed up by a touch of mango. There's a pleasing bitterness in this beer.
There's a nice pop or crisp feeling to this beer. Nice decent body, though it isn't soft feeling.
I am burping hops as I finish up this review and this is a pleasing thing to me. I do like this beer, and am glad I got a chance to try it.

I’m in the Church St. Cafe and there’s a picture on the wall that looks like a New Mexican Elizabeth Taylor. And if I may say, Marble IPA isn’t even that. It tastes more like a Mississippi version of said queen. Like, I’m cool, and I’m chilling, but your boy will not remember it at all. I’ll finish it, but when I’m hungry, I might even finish Carl’s Jr. Ya feel me?

Had while on a ski trip with my family in New Mexico. Had right out of the can. Nice balance of hops. The six pack did not last very long. Next time in going through NM I will look for this.
