(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer pours a deep coppery yellow clear body with a good carbonation of tiny bubbles and a thick white spongy head that turns to a thick meniscus and last for the full beer. There are thick clouds of foam that stick as registry marks on the glass after each sip.
S- Big juicy green hops with a pine and citrus aroma have a faint bitter note in the finish. The hops come through even during the pour.
T- Fresh juicy green hops taste with a slight sweet malty taste behind it. There is some bold pine flavors with some limy citrus flavors and a light cat pee flavor (which is a tasty thing). This beer finishes with a soft hop bitterness that lingers just briefly after each sip.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a tight little fizz and no alcohol heat at all.
D- This beer has wonderful fresh bold hops that are well supported by a sweet malt base and bitterness. This beer has one of the best hops flavors and aromas while still being very drinkable and it was a nice session beer. The hop bitterness takes a bit of a step forward as the beer warms but it is always in check. I drank one of these following a nice greasy Monte Cristo sandwich and thought I was in heaven.

From a can - Best by 04/02/24
Murky hazy straw colored pouring beer. The head that formed was a 1 finger white and frothy looking head. Head retention isn't the greatest, and there's a bit of lacing on the glass.
The aroma is tropical, and I caught a whiff of it while pouring the beer. Up close I get a lot of mango in here, and it's a sweeter smelling mango. I also get some hints of pineapple, but it is light.
Taste - Well, the taste is opposite of the aroma. The pineapple is the main flavor in this beer and it's backed up by a touch of mango. There's a pleasing bitterness in this beer.
There's a nice pop or crisp feeling to this beer. Nice decent body, though it isn't soft feeling.
I am burping hops as I finish up this review and this is a pleasing thing to me. I do like this beer, and am glad I got a chance to try it.

I’m in the Church St. Cafe and there’s a picture on the wall that looks like a New Mexican Elizabeth Taylor. And if I may say, Marble IPA isn’t even that. It tastes more like a Mississippi version of said queen. Like, I’m cool, and I’m chilling, but your boy will not remember it at all. I’ll finish it, but when I’m hungry, I might even finish Carl’s Jr. Ya feel me?

Had while on a ski trip with my family in New Mexico. Had right out of the can. Nice balance of hops. The six pack did not last very long. Next time in going through NM I will look for this.
