Picked this up while I was away out west, as I finally got a chance to review this today. This was easygoing and plain but still relatively tasty in spite of it's relatively ordinary nature. So much wheat here that it nearly overpowered everything else but i the end, there was just enough of the other notes here to give this nuance and ultimately, enough flavor to make it somewhat memorable...
Plenty of wheat in this, in both the nose and taste. The appearance was golden with a fluffy head and a moderate amount of cloudiness to it. Plenty of wheat, light berry, Pilsener malt, and light citrus to the nose with more of the latter in the taste. Sour, grassy, and light, it was nearly impossible to pick out the hops in this. Chewy in the mouthfeel because of dough, there was some honey in the mouthfeel but more in the thickness than the actual taste. A bit of wild wheat and grass stuck around in the aftertaste as this was quite earthy and needed just a bit more spice in order to stand out from other similar brews...
This wasn't a true session beer but it would be somewhat easy to have another one after finishing this off. The spice that lingered on my palate was too cracked, floral, and dry to truly enjoy but there were enough other attributes of this beer to like. Worth a try once to have something local, nicely crafted, and just a bit different from the stylistic norm.

Have tried to Marble beers before and like them both. This one piqued my interest when I saw that it was “accented with New Mexico Wildflower Honey.” Nice way to start out the night.
Poured a yellow, golden, hazy color with two 1-to-2 fingers of frothy head. Lots of bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass, which I could see through the haze. Below average spotty lacing. Poor retention. (Sight - 3.50)
Smelled coriander, honey, grassy hops, light floral aromas, sourdough bread, hints of lime zest and orange peel. (Smell - 3.50)
Taste was a tad better, getting that wildflower honey, grassy hops, coriander, sourdough bread, corn cereal, grainy floral hops, citrus zest, hints of orange peel and a touch of tart honeydew melon. Some unknown spiciness as well. (Taste - 3.50)
Light body. Thin texture. Average-to-soft carbonation. Abrupt, grainy finish. (Feel - 3.75)
OK for the style, but nothing special. Honey really shines here. Was hoping for more. (Overall - 3.50)
