Bottle: Poured a bright orangey color ale with a huge foamy head with great retention and some excellent lacing. Aroma of deep floral notes with some citrus undertones and some green pasture notes. Taste is dominated by floral notes with loads of citrus notes and subtle freshly cut lawn notes. Light residual sugar notes are discernable with some malt presence. Body is full with good carbonation and maybe a tad too strong on the alcohol side of things. Really enjoyable and on par with those west coast IIPA.

A bright apricot orange body with a bit of haze. Two fingers of creamy white head stays on top. Sticky lace is whipped across the sides of the glass.

The aroma is lush and fresh. Soft, juicy, ripe pineapple and apricot dominate. There's a bit of a citrus peel twang to it as well and a touch of acidity from the Brett coming through. Well rounded, mellow, and inviting.

A syrupy resin bitterness sticks everywhere on the palate. Its fruity core lies on top. Its sweetness is a bit more unrefined but tropical fruity notes still pull through. Its level of bitterness took me by surprise. I didn't notice at first its 95 IBU's stated on the label.

Fully bodied, slick, and syrupy. Its IBU content really comes through in the feel. Low level of carbonation with a sticky bitterness.

For the big, syrupy, IIPA lovers, this is fantastic. I love with the Brett did for the aroma, making it very tropical and fresh. This is a fairly unique IIPA from a brewery that I've learned to like since living here in Ottawa.
