Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy golden color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of dry floral hops notes with some light cereal notes is refreshing. Taste is a nice mix of cereal notes with some dry floral hops notes with light bitter finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very well brewed for the style with nice refreshing flavours.

A:
Pours a slightly hazy amberish color with a big, creamy off-white head that takes its time dropping down and leaves nice lacing, decent retention. (4)

S:
Hop tea, fruity yeast, hay, toasted malt that hints at nuts. (4)

T:
Fruity, caramel malt, crusty bread and floral, earthy hops. (4)

M:
Easy drinking, medium body, medium carbonation, slight hop bite in the finish. (4)

O:
Tasty English Pale that looks drinks and smells as close to anything truly English as I can say I've tried having never been to England.
It pours nice enough with a good moussey head. Both the nose and flavor are a mix of lighter malts, floral, aromatic hops and fruity yeast esters. It is drinkable, tasty, inoffensive, and subtle. Very nice, maybe a touch steep price-wise for what it is, but it is nice to have something solid that is not really being made by anyone here at the moment. I can imagine some people thinking that it is bland or that it should pop more, but that isn't the point. Those people should learn to enjoy the simple things.
Would have again. (4)

From a 500ml bottle, undated. Served in a tulip.

Pours a deeply-hazed, rich, burnt caramel colour with a finger-and-a-half of creamy, bubbly, ivory-coloured foam. Retention is very good, ending with a thick collar and sticky chunks of lacing. A handsome bière.

A nice, clean nose of toasted malts and British hops, flowery herbs, apple peels and tobacco.

Taste follows the nose, with burnt-and-scraped white bread toast, some earthy, spicy grain, caramel and apple peels, tobacco, lemon seeds and bitter, medicinal herbs. Nicely balanced sweet maltiness with heavy-handed fruity-floral english hop bittering.

Feel is smooth and mouth-coating, medium-thick bodied lightened with fine, bright carbonation and mildly astringent.

Overall, a right-fine, mighty tasty and substantial beverage. This is, I think, along the lines of an export-style English inasmuch as it is thickly malted and generously hopped. Much enjoyment.
