If only all pizza chains could be like Lanesplitter-all would be good. A popular place in the hipster part of Oakland. Inside it looks like most other pizza joints-and the menu isn't much different either. However, when it comes to the beer selection-I am glad I don't live too close-otherwise I may be here nearly every night. There beers are ranked by the below system. As an example here a few of the beers that were on tap when I was there.

1/2 Pint Pint Pitcher
Victory Lane $2.75 $3.75 $12.50
(Drake's Gold)
Pole Position $3.00 $4.25 $14.50
(Anchor Steam Liberty Ale, Speakeasy Prohibition, Racer 5)

Qualifiers $3.25 $4.75 $16.50
(Moonlight Death & Taxes and Lunatic Lager)
Pit Crew $3.50 $5.25 $18.50
(Iron Springs Cask Oatmeal Stout)

Great selection of bottles too.

Pizza was fantastic and service was excellent.

Next time we are visiting friends in Oakland-we will have to walk the two blocks here and enjoy great beer and pizza
