A: Color is clear golden with a large but airy white head. Quite nice lacings occour after a little while.
S: Bitter hops, grass and nettles. Malt, only semi-sweet. A bit sour. Rather mild though.
T: Much like the nose. Mild bitterness and a semisweet maltyness. Some grass and nettles and perhaps some citric notes.
M: Sour aftertaste, but luckily short... Body is rather thin and carbonation smooth.
O: This was kind of boring; It lacks the edge from well hopped bitter German Pilsener, also the body is a bit thin. Probably not too far from a Dortmunder...

Gold transparent. German Pilsener nose, that is to say, with a slight acidity. Mouth slightly sweet but quickly becomes bitter and somewhat still in the mouth. The aftertaste is clearly grass - which is pretty nice - but the flavor is not carried through and the hops are too recessed to provide a bitter quality. Small regret it.

Picked this up when I bought a rack of local beers at a getraenkemarkt near Berlin. Clear light yellowish pour with a nice peaky white head that didn't last long. Nice clingy lacing. Subdued typical German pils nose with a touch of metal present. The metal is even more present in the taste, but I'm actually quite fond of it in a pils. Crisp and dry finish. Nice pils...
