Served in a Rosita small Pilsner kind a glass

Honey coloured beer with a 2 inch white head that persisted for a minute or so, a little lace afterward. It has a sweet smell also with earth tones (alfalfa?? - don't know if its written this way :-), metallic tones from hops as well, with very long aftertaste that progresses. Very thin sensation in mouth and very high carbonation.

I would drink it again given the opportunity, can easily say that could be one of the best Spanish beers that I had (that it's not much to say)

Pours pale amber wtih a small, quickly fading head.
Nose shows citrus, sherbet, a herbal/vegetal character and floral, perfume-like notes. And some bananas. Pretty wierd.
Similar strange flavours, with doughy malt, more floral perfum and and more of the vegetal character. Very little bitterness.
Too much carbonation.
A bit of a mess.

Presentation: 11 oz. brown bottle with a "Best by" date printed on the cap. Served in a pint glass.

Appearance: Develops a one finger, white colored head, that goes down to a thin ring. It has a cloudy, bright yellow color and leaves behind some great lacing.

Smell: It has a sweet scent of honey and mango; with some malt and hops in the background.

Taste: It's a very sweet taste because of the malt and honey flavors. On top of that you have more sweetness courtesy of some fruit notes. Very refreshing, satisfying; not complicated, but interesting.

Mouthfeel: Good amount of carbonation. Light and easy to drink, but a bit cloying because of the sweetness.

Overall: Considering Spain isn't really known for its beer scene, this is a pleasant surprise. A light and refreshing brew that's good, intriguing and a great choice over its better known Mahou and Estrella compatriots, with food or by itself.

Poured from a 500ml bottle. Pours a deep dandelion yellow colour. The nose has sweet aromas of candy and fruit. The taste is light, clean and refreshing, if somewhat indistinct. This is the kind of the beer that's good with food on a warm day. Very drinkable, satisfying and pleasant.

330ml bottle –labeled as Rosita Original-. Snifter glass. Enjoyed on agt´11. (& many more times). Pale golden in color, hazy appearance. Brief crown, white in color, medium sized bubbles. Floral, hop & honey aromas. Sweet honey, slightly spiced flavor, notes of mango & banana, citrusy touch. Medium body & medium carbonation. Honey with hints of syrup on the aftertaste. Nice session beer.

Appearance: light goldy-copper, quite hazy, thinnish later of off-white froth that flattens to a thin cap, lots of rising bubbles

Aroma: toast, popcorn, floral hops, manuka honey

Flavor: medium malt sweetness; hints of wheat, elderberry, chamomile, and toasty malt; finishes dryish with a mild, tart aftertaste

Mouthfeel: light body, sparkly carbonation, soft texture

Other comments: Spain isn't known for its beer (other than Estrella or San Miguel). To be honest, when I've been in Spain, I've generally only been in the mood for a cold lager. This isn't a lager, but it's super refreshing. Perfect for the warm, sunny Spanish climate.

Got the beer in the brewery, just from the bottling line, so it is very fresh.

Pours hazy yellow (because I did not wait for the yeast to settle, in the brewery I had a very clear version) that slowly clears in the glass, with large foamy head; good retention. Aroma is sweetish malty with light herbal hops.

Taste is mild sweetish malt, hints of honey and citrus; there is some soapy caharcter in the sweetish malty aftertaste. Mouthfeel is light with average carbonation.

Overall, not a bad beer. Refreshing and very drinkable, maybe seemed a bit too light.

A: straw in color, hazy, cloudy, some carbonation and is permanent, altough the white head dissipates quickly

S: some yeast, wheat, floral, sweetness, a bit of spices

T: sweetness, very crisping, wheat flavour, spicy, the final is short and dry, medium body

330 ml bottle, artisan beer. Pours a cloudy yellow colour, with a decent head that doesn't hold much, but it always keeps a tiny cloak on the surface. Smell is a bit barnyard, citrusy, exotic fruits (mango? papaya?), honey and spices. It feels strong but fresh and carbonated in the tongue. Taste of exotic fruits, caramel, and some sourness. And it's even refreshing!

Hazy dark honey blonde with loose white froth. 3.5
Honey grahams and fresh cut hay hops on the nose. 3.5
Light biscuity malt, hint of apricot and a solid dose of honey sweetness, then noble hops. Gets gritty as it warms. 3
Plastic-y finish and herbal linger. Light leaning towards medium, round, some stick. 3.5

Solid blonde ale (not an APA) with definite honey presence. It could cloy, so not sure why sugar is added. Does better ice cold, which is a worry. And there’s a Band-Aid off flavor I can’t quite place. I’ve made plenty of homebrew like this.

From Carrefour. In Teku glass. After dinner. Some honey but a bit flat in general in smell and taste. Nice ticklish feeling that hides its flatness and makes it refreshing

Hazy orange color with a foamy head that would keep building up.
Predominant aroma of honey and rotten fruit.
Flavor of biscuit malt and honey, but not necessarily very sweet, with some notes of roses, oranges and yeast. Although it has no wheat in the recipe, I could perceive some. Slightly acid, spicy and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with good carbonation.
Weird combination, something bothering me that I could not really grasp, some Band-Aid type flavor.
