On-tap at Bootlegger's

A: The pour is a clear light golden-amber color with a thin white layer of foam.

S: The nose has plenty of sweet, fruity Belgian esters. A lot of sweet apples and pears with some bready malt.

T: The flavor profile is quite similar to the nose, but a bit too sweet. The apple flavor becomes somewhat apple juice-like along with some sweet pears. There is also some sugar and a dry finish.

M: The beer is light to medium on the tongue with a moderate carbonation and a crisp finish.

D: While the beer is a little sweeter than I'd like it, I found it enjoyable. Nice easy drinking beer with some good fruit character to it.
