From Belgiuminabox. In Teku glass. Playing 8 Bit Commando, then Tengami. Even without any hops, it tastes very similar to a standard (and good, not too much spicy) wit, maybe a bit more herbal

This beer is interesting for a gruit. good light body with an aroma of banana and green fruit. Light coriander spice and more bananas influence the taste, but it is also thin and watery and not terribly great mouthfeel. All in all interesting but not spectacular.

A: The beer is hazy pale light yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high bright white head that died down, consistently leaving a short head covering the surface and a thick coating of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of wheat are present in the nose along with some notes of lemon citrus and hints of grainy malts.
T: The taste mostly follows the nose, except that the flavors of lemon and spices are a little more muted. Slight bits of acidity are noticeable.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This witbier is easy to drink but isn't really that refreshing or thirst-quenching when compared to others in the style.

Greeenish yellow, very hazy, with a beautiful white foam, one finger.
The smell is quite fresh, but with an hint of broth.
A bit heavy in the mouth too, maybe some fermentation problem..
Anyway, beside that, not unfresh.
Well, nothing to remember, for sure.
Almost drinkable.

Commercial name in Spain: Gruit Wit
330ml bottle. Wine glass. Pale straw color, foggy appearance. White foam. Close & lasting head. Aroma profile shows floral, bready & yeasty notes as well as subtle vanilla & spiced hues. Smooth maltiness at first sip rounded by spiced touch. Light body. Moderate carbonation. Oily to watery texture. Subtle citric & no bitterness in the middle provides a refreshing herbal infusion sensation. Gentle flavor & easy drinkability.
