Kept mine for a year. Didn't really look the bottle over, nor online for the style this was so when I got that tartness it really surprised me. As others have mentioned this is light in ABV and on the tongue but not in flavor. Definitely get the green apple tart/crispiness through it. Stays light on the tongue from front to back and finishes a pleasant dryness. Rather fun one to be honest

Looks and taste like a porter. Not much head, little suds.
Just ok,
Sessionable for sure.

32oz growler into a tulip. Pours a clear brownish amber with a 1-finger frothy head, minimal lace.
Aroma is sweet and malty, grainy. Kind of similar to a Marzen.
Taste is gently tart, crisp, light with a pleasant underlying sweetness. Green apples, pears, and sweet toasted malt. Great balance, super drinkable. As it warms a bit, a distracting coarse grainy quality comes through so I have to dock it 0.25 for that.
Mouthfeel is light but entirely satisfying with a dry finish.
Overall a surprisingly tasty beer. The aroma gives no hint of its sour/tart nature, which is perfectly balanced and not overdone. So much flavor and complexity for a low-ABV beer.

Pours a clear garnet color with an effervescent white head that leaves no lacing.
Smells of rye, corn, and some fruitiness.
Tastes of sharp notes layered on some sweet malts and a bit of fruit. A sharp, lactic acid note leads off. Malts come next and add some grainy sweetness along with some spicy rye and corn sweetness. This gives way to some light apple notes. Finishes with a lingering tartness.
Mouthfeel is medium-light with a crisp amount of carbonation.
Overall, I like this. An interesting style that is tart and refreshing.
