L-Light, see-through bubbly beer. Straw color with slight amber colors and a foamy lacy head.
S-Slight aroma. I get a mixture of hops, both floral and grassy. A little bit of cheeseyness that can come with some local pale ales. But it isn't extremely off putting.
T- Nice bitter bite with notes of citrus and earth. Very minimal. The bitterness stands out the most though and settles on the toungue. Refreshing.
F-Crisp, light bodied beer.
O-Nothing special, but nonetheless an extremely refreshing session IPA. That is exactly what this beer needs to be. Perfect summer IPA. It's everything I'd want during a hot day on the water. Solid job.

My new favorite session IPA. Nice bitter bite at a low alcohol level with a solid body and mouthfeel to it. An IPA built for the beach or the outdoors.

On Draught in a standard pint glass at GPBC

A: pours a slightly hazy, straw gold with a thin soapy ring of foam, no real head to speak of
S: immediate citrus, some piney aromas, some mildly malty sweetness (maybe)
T: bitterness is very piney and up front, followed by a mild malt sweetness and an even less prominent citrus quality, the nose would lead you to believe there would be more of this than there is, the standouts here are the pine and malt, some of the citrus character comes out as it sits
M: full and a tad sticky, with some (but not an overbearing amount) carbonation
O: not bad but forgettable, I expected much better than I got

It's a seasonal that one must try. Think of it as holy water that's been blessed from the pope and just a taste of it would bless your soul. Great zesty smell. Wonderful golden color to the eyes. Once it touches the pallet you can taste the zest that makes the pallet feel it is tasting a nice zesty fruit for the first time. Great and wonderful on a nice afternoon lunch to compliment more of a salmon based meal. I had it on tap and its outstanding and fresh. Highly recommend to try if your into zesty beers. Thank you for letting me try and taste this beer Good people brewing company.

Be ready to pour this when you crack open a can! All three cans I've opened so far have immediately burst forth with enough foam to almost overflow the can's rim, even after proper chilling. Had to do some emergency slurping to prevent alcohol abuse!

Good People stylizes this as "JUCO" in the ad copy on the can.

Look: Once it actually gets into the glass JUCO offers up more of its pretty, slightly ivory-colored creamy head that dissipates into thin lacing after a couple of minutes. The beer itself has a lovely gold-verging-on-amber hue, about SRM 9-10

Smell: There are nice citrus scents. It gains a bit of funky, grassy note as it warms.

Taste: Tangerine has arrived in your face, and it's brought some of its other citrus buddies along for the ride, with a pine tagging along in the aftertaste -- at least for my palate.

Feel: The balance on the carbonation is good, despite the opening eruptions. The smoothness is interrupted by a pleasant, black-peppery sort of tingling on the tongue -- just a wee pricking of alcohol, perhaps.

I wasn't sure what to expect from JUCO, but I like it enough that I'll be sharing it with friends while it's still in season.
It's a fine beer for a hot Alabama afternoon or evening, for sure, refreshing and clean and light on the alcohol.

Poured from a 12 oz can into a tulip glass.
L - Pure gold and crystal clear. barely off-white head with medium sized bubbles
S - Strong tangerine, with other citrus in the background: grapefruit, orange, lemon.
T - Bright and fruit-forward (citrus of course). a bit pithy on the back end.
F - Light and airy, barest hint of booze. somewhat light on the malty.
O - Excellent exhibition of citrus in beer. Fairly easy-going and simple to drink. Will buy again.
