Pours a medium brown color with tan head. Roasted malt, toast, and nuts on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes with a nutty note.

poured from a can into a pint glass

A: standard brown color with a one-finger tannish head that didnt last long. no real lacing to speak of.

S: hops overwhelmed any other smells

T: hops, hops, hops. some caramel and malty flavor are hidden in there, but it's bitter hops from beginning to end

M: Decent mouthfeel; not much carbonation

O: To me it was more of an IPA than a brown ale, as it came across much hoppier than I expected. Probably a good beer if you're looking for that
