2014 bottle

A: Very dark brown, still, no head
S: Bourbon, vanilla, brown sugar, molasses, dark cherry, sweet dark chocolate, brownie batter, chocolate rum cake
T: Bourbon, molasses, maple, dark cherry, dark chocolate, vanilla, fudge, dark fruit, caramel, fig, dates
M: Flat, medium-heavy, hidden alcohol
O: This is reminiscent of bourbon county. The barrel blends perfectly and the aging has hidden the alcohol and not added any noticeable oxidation. Tons of flavors going on here although I wish there was just a hint of carbonation

Murky brown color with a reddish hue, no head. Aroma is really intense with dark fruits, caramel, brandy, toffee and fudge. Taste follows with cherries, plums, figs, toffee and oak. Heavy, flat body. Really complex overall, lots of dark fruits and toffee. A bit of carbonation would do wonders though.
