On tap at Hair of the Dog Brewery and Tasting Room, "From the Stone," served in a stemmed 3 oz glass. Hazy, bright golden yellow with a brief, frothy head of white foam that leaves nice streaks of lace. Gentle aroma of light malt, tart fruit and slight earth. Flavor unfolds a lean, slightly sweet, bready malt body with tart fruit and vegetal notes rounded by earthy mineral notes. Light body with medium carbonation. A unique flavor profile that stays light and refreshing. Hops are clearly absent, but not necessarily missing.

Beautifully hazy pale, wine-like effervescence. It smells lightly sweet and fruity.

The mouthfeel is sparkly and fun, and the taste is odd. Vaguely tart with a fruity sweetness. Excellently balanced. Fun, good beer!
