This pours a light gold with a pleasing hop character. I like the grainy backing, reminiscent of a toasted cereal note. Clean, crisp, just what I want in a pilsner—although it’s listed as a pale ale. What’s going on here?

Golden color, lots of shit floating around the beer. Hops not even close to being evident.

Taste was toasted malt like a pale ale, but the yeast and lack of hops had me confused. Bready. Slightly bitter. I just really didn't understand what they were trying for here. Belgian pale ale?
