''Fifth Ocean Noble Red'' is actually a dark lager made of 4 malts: pale, caramel, carared & melanoidin. Pours clear reddish brown with remarkable tan head, receding rapidly to big bubbly laces. Plain aroma of caramel & toffee. Taste of caramel & dark fruits. Moderate bitter finish, high carbonation. Easy drinkable and refreshing average beer.
