On-tap @ the Brewpub.
Opaque black. Insane head retention..a quarter-inch of tan head lasted a good 20 minutes, and left rings of lacing.
Good coffee bitterness & dark chocolate aspect. Rich, bold flavor for a dry stout. Sometimes beers on nitro sacrifice flavor for smoothness...this one had plenty of both.
One of my favorites from this brewpub.

Pour: opaque, oily-viscous black with a nice finger of khaki nitro-cream with good retention
Nose: coffee-ground bitterness, cocoa sweetness and biscuity roasted malt.
Taste: fresh-roasted coffee bitterness, dark cocoa powder bitter-sweetness, vanilla-biscuit malt
Feel: creamy smooth per the style, fine nitro-carb, rich but still smooth.
Drinkability/Overall: a very nice micro Irish Dry that puts the likes of Guinness to shame. Nice coffee-malt profile and sweet-bitter balance leading to great drinkability.
