I've been going to Worldwide for several months now and it's one of my go to stops for beer in CT. Jeff the beer manager and the owner Andy are great guys and really know their stuff. They are on top of the beer selection and always have the newest offerings in stock.
As far as selection goes, they have a solid craft section with an entire wall of coolers dedicated to mostly craft 6 packs. It is focused on local and east coast beer and then has a solid selection of the usual suspects from across the country. Again, there is craft beer enthusiast that does the ordering so you can be assured that there will be at least half a dozen sixers that you'll want to go home with.
They also have an entire aisle of bombers that really flies under the radar and regularly has some gems that get put out periodically. I've found some very difficult to find beers on their shelves weeks after their release despite their known presence as a craft beer destination in the area.
Overall, this is one of my favorite places to support and I can't speak highly enough of the staff there. I've always had a good time when I go there and Jeff really goes out of his way to make sure that you leave happy.

I went in thinking it was a wine place but it turns out it is a decent place to get some craft beers. They have all of the craft breweries of the area including Sam Adams, Harpoon, Brooklyn Brewing, Opa-Opa, Narragansett, Berkshire Brewing, etc... It also has a decent selection of imports. They have some of the BMC stuff but it is a small section. This place is relatively new and I would expect their beer selection to grow. It is a really nice and clean looking store and I would expect it to be more expensive, but it is actually a bit less expensive than many of the other places around. The staff is helpful and pretty knowledgable about the stuff they carry. It's one of the better places in the area.
