On tap at Stewarts, this is one of their medal winners in the world cup and GMBF. Poured in a straight sided kolsch glass. Clean and clear light golden color. Crisp easy drinking with a clean finish. ABV is right around 5.2-5.4. This could be a session beer although the ABV is a little higher than a traditional session beer should be. Lacy head that dissipates quickly but so did the beer. Have always been a big fan.

Review from notes. Had on tap at the Pickled Pig.

A: This beer is clear blonde with a nice white, foamy head on top. Decent head retention going to a thin cap on top. Minimal lacing.

S: Grassy hops, faint fruit aromas with a good bit of biscuity malt. Inviting and fresh.

T: Earthy and grassy hops with a little bit of apple, it is slightly sweet. There is some Chewy, biscuity malt and a little bit of wheat.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Very crisp and refreshing.

O: Quite enjoyable, I am a sucker for a good kolsch. A great beer for a hot day or at a BBQ.

Served on-tap at Stewart's.

A - Pours pale straw yellow with a nice pillow of two finger tall white head leaving light lace down the glass.

S - Smells of biscuity malts, slightly fruity yeast, and some slightly dulled grassy hops. Simple smell but a very nice one.

T - Starts off with some chewy wheat slowly giving way to a mix of grassy hops, light fruitiness, and some very faint honey sweetness. The finish is a mix of light hop bitterness and chewy grains, lingering on the pallet for a short period of time. The combo of simple flavors and low ABV. make this one easy to drink.

M - Medium-Light body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Crisp, slightly chewy, feel that lingers on the pallet for a short period of time.

O - I wasn't sure what to expect from this one but I really enjoyed it. It was extremely easy to drink and it had plenty of flavor. One of the better Kölschs I have tried.

I had this on tap today. It was served in a 12 ounce kolsh glass. It is pale, clear yellow with a medium sized head. The aromas were grassy. The flavor was light with a slight hoppy bitterness. The brew was light bodied and very drinkable. The flavors were crisp and clean. I enjoyed this kolsch.

On tap at Stewarts, served in a classic Kolsch glass! Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Aroma of light fruits. Flavor of wheat malt, light fruits. Smooth and crisp. Served a little cold, but it's easy drinking. A nice Kolsch.
