Let's put the final touch on a huge, international trade, shall we?

Whiskey and wine all over the place, and finally the beer, which is located to the left upon entering. The beer is cold thanks to the coolers, and marked with prices. The selection leans a little towards American than international, which helped me in this case, as I was looking for American beers to send to my friend. On the American side are Drake's, Dogfish Head, North Coast, Ommmegang, Lagunitas, Anderson Valley, Stone, and others. The international side gives us Paulaner, Chimay, and the like. There were 2 cashiers at checkout at 6pm, which made the checkout quick. Given its good location, U Save makes a convenient stop for good beer.

Small beer selection but occasional gems can be found here. Mostly generic selection with Moylan's, Speakeasy, a couple local SC breweries, Deschutes, Lagunitas, Samuel Smith, Spaten, Chimay, etc. All the easy to find stuff with huge distribution. If you're lucky, they'll have Fantome, Allagash, and De Proef. One time they even had a bunch of Abyss. This is basically just a place you go to if you live nearby or you're headed to the Safeway across the street and want to get a bomber or two. Prices are average to slightly higher than average.

Located on the West Side of Santa Cruz off Highway 1. U-Save Liquors is one of several beer stores in the area. While prices are not exactly "U-Save" they have a good solid selection of bombers including Santa Cruz Ale Works, Santa Cruz Mountain, Moylan's, Lost Coast, Mendocino, and Deschutes.

Also wide selection of sixers including Speakeasy, Lost Coast, SN, Anchor, and other NorCal Micros.

Good selection of Belgium, and British Beers-however, these are a bit more pricer than I have seen elsewhere.

Overall service was good, but on the pricy side
