Since I had to pick my sister up in Lake Forest, I thought I might check out the Lake Forest BevMo. First of all this place is a bitch to find in the dark when you don't know the area too well. The El Toro off-ramp flips you around and your sense of direction, east becomes west, north becomes south, it's a whole production. Turn Left on to El Toro from the 405 Freeway South off-ramp, just after Rockfield on the left in a big strip mall is this BevMo. Hard to see from the street, but once I finally made it, it's a pretty good store.

Wider than the average BevMo, the beer in coolers is directly to the back, and the rest is to the right. Pretty good selection, better than Huntington, but not as good overall as Cypress. Though they did have some stuff I hadn't seen before like Sierra Nevada Estate which I picked up and Abita Abbey Ale. Pretty standard BevMo selection though they seemed to have more variety with the brewers they did have than other locations.

Service was good, the cashier saw my Angels hat, and we chatted about the game for a couple minutes.

One of the better BevMos in the county, just off the freeway, just don't get lost.
