Really, really enjoy this easy-drinking, clean, balanced Pilsner a lot. I've made it a regular purchase this summer after discovering. Almost as good as Rothaus in my opinion, and several dollars less expensive per 6pk.

Nice hoppy freshness and plenty of persistent bubbles. Consistently good German beer. The definition of "the more simple the better". Very light body, but in a good way.

1.5 x 333 ml bottles
Bottle Date: 2022/11 => Nov, 2022
Consumed on: 27 Aug, 2022
Glass: 0.5 L Pokal
Look:
Clear but deep golden yellow with a fair amount of bubbles. Initial 2.5 finger foamy and fluffy white dissipated quickly. Lacing was quite good.
Smell:
Mildly bready and crackery malts with mellow floral and grassy hops. Very nicely balanced.
Taste:
Bready malts lead the parade but the lightly bitter noble hops are right behind. The bready malts stay throughout the sip as do the noble hops. Things dry ever so slightly at the end and the sip finishes slightly dry with a mild herbal bitterness.
Feel:
Crisp and yet also soft with that slightly dry finish. The body is light-medium or medium-light.
Overall:
An excellent German Pilsner. Everything is nicely balanced. The beer is very enjoyable and quite quaffable. I will be picking up more of this.

Poured from a brown 12oz bottle stamped Best Before End 2022/05 to a pilz glass at fridge temp.
Nice clear gold body with constantly rising nucleated bubbles rising the entire session. Ultra white head is about 3-fingers high and made of fairly large bubbles. Lacing is medium to good for half the sesion but fades to mediocre by the end.
The aroma is grassy with mild hop notes and a nice sweetness. No off flavors.
Taste is similar but with a heavier crisp hop character, not overpowering, decently balanced.
Mouth feel is thin, oily and well carbonated. Dare I say "crushable" as it probably should be.
Overall a great Pilsner.

11.2oz brown bottle enjoy by 2023/05 into a tall Pilsner glass.
L: Pours exceptionally clear light yellow w large steady carbo bubbles that remain until the end, a 1+" soft rocky white head w VG retention then to edge foam, light random lacing.
S: Bread dough, gently grassy/floral, lightly metallic, a distant suggestion of apple skin, a light hint of caramel.
T: Light caramel, a bit fruity, a trace of yeast, bready, light sweet malts, very lightly metallic, hops dwell mainly in the finish, light citrus zest in the linger, it is almost pale. Well balanced and clean tasting.
F: Soft then lightly crisp med-light bodied w a fairly fast finish and a light linger. Final finish is moderately dry.
O: A splendid German Pilsner that is effortlessly easy to drink and has a good price point as well. Crisp, refreshing and lightly dry. Easy to have two. It is excellent in its style.

This one pours a clear yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like floral and mildly spicy hops, and lightly sweet bready malt.
This smells like mildly sweet bready and crisp malt character, with a nice smattering of floral hops on top.
This does a good job of balancing all of the expected pilsner flavors, and remaining quite balanced and very drinkable.
This is a really solid and super drinkable pilsner. It's definitely worth a purchase.

not terrible. looks ok. Carb could be a little better. has a strange presence of alcohol heat which is bizarre at 4.9% abv. Got some of that grape like munich malt tone to the flavor. Not bad but would prefer to try in germany on draft instead of a bottle across the atlantic.

Fairly light, but still nicely malty and with gentle European hops.

The pour is golden yellow with a steady flow of carbonation. The taste is barley & corn. Cheers! B

L: Golden and clear. Lower end of active (indicating some exposure to the environment during fermentation and it's less filling). Glossy surface.
S: Buttery barley with a bit of attitude.
T: That's a pilsner style alright. They tend to be light but with extra hops.
F: Beer is made for drinking.
O: No complaints.

How can something be so good and yet have no memory of it! It might have been my 5th beer in a row.
