Had this one on tap at a pub in Newburyport. Pours a hazy straw color, the head and carbonation a bit less than I have seen on other German premium pils. A bit light in the body department and the taste started with a a faint maltiness and transitioned to a dry, crisp finish. Very refreshing beer but a half-notch below some of the German and Czech legends.

Best before 9/2013.

Pours a hazy super light yellow with a foamy white head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, white grape juice, and grass aromas. Taste is much the same with white grape juice and grass flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.
