Poured on-tap at the brewery in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, crystal clear, straw gold coloring with carbonation throughout the body, and a clingy, foamy, white head. Nose of subtle toasted grains, floral highlights, and hints of fruity esters. Flavors are toasted forward, with a tangy sweetness of butter and honey, and a bitter hops bite in the backbone. Light and smooth bodied, with a roasted and bitter aftertaste. Smooth, slightly sweet lingering finish.
