Appearance: orange/mahogany hue, with fluffy white head, decent head and lacing.

Smell: roasted malts, mango, citrus hops.

Taste: roasted malts, maybe too much it has that inadvertant mango flavor that I am not a huge fan of in Pale Ales, citrusy hops, apricot.

Mouthfeel: tingly, full, lingering flavor.

Drinkability: a decent brew, not great, I would get again, not in a rush though. Not my favorite 512.

On tap at the Plano Gingerman. The beer pours an orange-yellow color with an off-white head. The aroma is strong on the orange hops with some caramel malt mixed in. The flavor is more of the same. I get a lot of orange with some piney hops mixed in. The strong caramel backbone keeps the bitterness level low, but still allows all of the hop flavors to come through. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Dark gold (6+) draft pour with no cap and no lace; good clarity. Pineapples aroma. Pineapples and light hop flavors. Medium lite mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Overall, a light, juicy, tropical fruit linger That is quite enjoyable.
