I can't say too much about the vibe/atmosphere since we went there on a Tuesday about an hours before they closed. But it look very promising. Giving the circumstances, the service was o.k. (they started cleaning all around us ;-) The server was knowledgeable and took time to explain. I had no idea what a prickly pear was!
This was a nice experience!

Vibe - Collection of loyal locals, and travelers with and without families all just pretty much keeping to themselves.
Quality - Beer average, food better but but not much going on.
Server was attentive but did not demonstrate any depth of knowledge - Their beer list did nothing to help anybody out.
Selection - 16 different in-house varieties. Only had four. Some inventive but none I would say was more than average (Prickly Pear Saison had no hint prickly pear coloring or flavor and a barrel aged that seemed like a coffee porter).
They dove headlong into an arid craft brewing desert but need to shrink their list and improve the quality.
