Nice sort of cloudy amber orange color with a thick creamy head and good lacing. A fair aroma with a touch of the hops. The taste is much hoppier than it smells so it is a nice surprise. Mouthfeel has a Nice creamy texture and the hop character is smooth. Overall this beer is rather delicious and can understand how it won a Gold Medal award at the 2011 Great American Beer Fest. Poured into pint glass from a 12 ounce can Filled On:11/20/17 at the Holiday Inn Express.

Pours an effervescent gold with a thumb+ of ivory colored head head. Good head retention & great lacing

S: Grassy, faint cattyness that builds as it warms

T: Dryness, pine & breadyness with a little grapefruit up front. Grapefruit & bready dryness as this warms, a touch of woodyness as well. Finishes with orange and grapefruit plus dryness & pine

MF: Medium body, fluffy carbonation, great balance

Nice IPA that is on the verge of great, easy to drink

12 oz. can poured into a willibecher.

A- Semi-hazy dark straw. White head is bubbly, lays low, but leaves some good lacing.

S- Mild tropical notes and some pine. Biscuit malt.

T- Very mild, pine, a little biscuit malt.

M- Pretty mild. Body lighter than should be, with an astringent piney bitterness in the finish.

O- Decent characteristics, but mild overall. Both flavor and feel.

On tap at the brewpub in Jackson WY.
Copper-amber body with high clarity and an excellent, durable white head.
Aroma: hops and alcohol esters.
Flavor: moderate strength and bitterness for style. Poor hop mix for my taste.
Medium body and carbonation.
