fine stuff. Try 6.

A: Pours a hazy darker golden yellow with significant, gentle carbonation supporting a two finger tall creamy beige head that slowly reduces to a thick film and lotsa lacing.

S: Ample aromas of citrus hops - lemon, grapefruit, and orange - with pineapple and pine hops. There is a light amount of sweetness offered by a touch of caramel malts.

T: Upfront follows smell - there is a moderate amount of caramel malt sweetness which to the dominant hop flavors - with pungent pine hop and pineapple hop flavors followed by bitter finish. Good with food.

M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Slightly sticky with ample dryness in the finish.

O: Try 6. Excellent, well balanced.

F: Medium body and nice smooth carbonation.

O: A nice juicy tropical IPA.

Like a moth to a flame, the brewers at Snake River know how to get the hop-heads crawling. A bright and tantalizing IPA that doesn't over-try the style, but hits the IPA head on. Bitter, fruity and crisply sweet- the beer causes a step back and a pause regardless of whether you're in the wilderness or the city.

Surprisingly bright with gold, the beer's streaming carbonation gleans through a modest hop haze. Capped with a frothy bone white cap, the lacy beer teases the nose with caramel, citrus, grass and pine while the taste is juicy with malt- toasty, nutty and granola-like.

As the sweetness regresses, the hop flavor blooms with pink grapefruit, lemon, orange and apricot ahead of the bitter grip of grass clippings, freshly shaven pine, and peppery hops close the show.

Medium bodied, the beer's drying and crispening trend leads to a refreshing drinkable taste and texture with an after-palate of bitterness, grassiness and granola-like nuttiness.

Drank straight out the can after a few lagers and shots. Pretty good but not great. I'm not crazy about IPAs but do like them. This one is a bit above average. -eMucho

Canned 10/5/15. Served cold into a shaker pint glass.

Pako is a hazy golden orange color with thick white head that leaves great lacing as it settles.

Aroma is hoppy and fresh with great west coast citrus and pine.

Flavor is equally enjoyable with fantastic hop taste and bitterness. Grapefruit, orange zest, and dank character all comes through. Good variety of hop notes.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied and well carbonated.

Overall a fantastic IPA and worth the drive to Wyoming.

Another spot on brew from Snake River. The perfect amount of citrus and pine in nose and on the tastebuds. Golden orange in appearance with a huge frothy foamy head that laces the glass. A solid offering from Snake River
