Rustic brewpub on the south side of town across from movie theater. Taproom to right of the entrance, dining room to the left. Small straight bar in back right hand corner seats 6, with additional tables about the room. 10 beers on tap, I enjoyed their 3 IPAs. Friendly service. Calamari was very tasty, but on the pricey side.

Halfway between a ski lodge and a western saloon, located on the main drag in Sisters. Knotty pine and outdoorsy stuff attached to the walls. Decent amount of taps to choose from. Food is available. Parking should not be an issue. Friendly, fast service

We didn't really get any if the signature dishes, but the food we had was good. I'd feel bad rating it lower based on our lack of participation. Anyhoo, the location is pretty cool. Right in the middle of a cabin resort right on the edge of Sisters, the rustic log cabin restaurant/brewery is very warm and inviting. A nice selection of brews and a friendly staff made this a very enjoyable stay. Cheers!

Above average pub food. Beer flights available. Very good porters. About 12 taps. Growlers to go and 64 oz pitchers too. Semi-scenic setting. (from 2014 notes).

Based on the reviews here we almost didn't stop into this place. Our group had 4 different beers and none of them disappointed with the Chocolate Porter being the most noteworthy. Highly recommend.

Waited nearly 15 minutes before being greeted by wait staff, another 15 minutes for drinks to arrive at the table. The fish and chip arrived cold after another 20 minute wait, my tri tip was interesting, chili seasoned and perfectly cooked, but chili seasoning got tiresome about half way through.

Not recommended

Oh, the beers...

I ordered a taster flight. Everything was mid style, nothing with a Wow Factor.

I really liked this spot on the way to Bend. They have movie theater, campgrounds, cabins, and a health club, along with this excellent restaurant and brewery. Don't miss it if you are travelling through the area.

Three creeks is located in sisters oregon, and near what looks like a development that it was a part of. You know the sense of, someone had some money, bought brewing equipment, hired a brewer, and put it near some resort he owned....ya that pretty much sums it up.

The atmosphere is very high end, almost cabin like, decoration is good, but way to neat and tidy for me. Seems like it tried to hard to be a brewpub

Beers are very sub par, there isnt one that stood out as being a wow' in the whole taster tray. Food is spendy for what you get, a burger with shrooms bacon and cheese was one of the cheaper things for 12 bucks, and was really not that great.

If you are coming from the west, keep going to bend to have a good beer time, because this place feels way to corporate, and doesnt really make great beer...simple as that.

Located on the south end of Sisters in a fairly new commercial development (lodge with cabins, health club, theater) Three
Creeks fits aestically within the old western vibe of this tourist mecca. The building is split into two parts, a family friendly dining area and the pub/bar. If you have a choice sit in the bar, nice hardwood floors, dart boards, pool tables and a view of the brewery. The food was quite good, mainly pub grub of high quality, I had a new item, a chipotle sausage which was quite good. Prices on the food were fairly reasonable, especially for this tourist trap/mecca. The beer selection, while a bit limited in number of taps is of a fairly good quality, though there is no 'big' beers on tap, the highest ABV being a 6.2 IPA. The service was good from a very knowledgeable barkeep, whose was able to describe the flavor profiles of their beers. While I wish they did a bit more aggressive beers, what they do is quite good both beer and food wise. Word to the wise, good luck making a left turn out of the parking lot during the Quilt show. All in all a very positive experience, looking forward to coming back.

One of the newer additions to Central Oregon. Three Creeks is typical of Sisters, huge log cabin style with lots of wood beams showing and very old school in feel. Makes you feel like you are back in time. Atmosphere is nice, but needs more of a pub feel, very bright open and kind of stale in places...but give it time i'm sure. The quality of the beer is good, and getting better seems like since the last time I went. Service is always great, very attentive and knowledgeable. Selection is good, a few less offerings than one might expect, but they cover the bases. The food is the best part about Three Creeks, maybe the best pub food in Central Oregon. Great burgers and the sweet potato fries are awesome, a must try! Overall this place is solid and the best place to stop in when you are in Sisters, can only imagine they will get better with time.

Dropped in late one afternoon in early June. A good sized crowd, but certainly not packed. A big mountain west theme going on here with lots of stone and logs. To the left is the dining room, right is the bar. My wife and I headed to the dining room.

Standard brewpub selection on the menu including a pale ale, golden, porter, stout and a not so common black IPA. Decided to go with the 6 beer sampler. Waitress came back with a try of like 11 beers. Gave me one of everything they had, including the standard tap and nitro tap of the stout. That is what I call some service. Beers were all above average with the pale ale and black IPA really standing out.

I had a burger and my wife had a chicken sandwich of some sort. Both rather tasty but nothing earth shattering.

A gourgeous location with good food and beers. Definitely worth a stop if you ever find yourself in the area.

I didn't "test out" the bathroom situation, so I can't really comment on the other reviewers assessment of that. Sort of a strange thing to complain about, though.

Anyway, I visited this place on a Thursday lunchtime and we sat in the saloon area. Pretty empty. They had all their flagship beers on tap plus two additional brews; an oatmeal stout and an IPA. I tried the rye-wheat ale. A pretty good brew (maybe a 3.5-4.0 rating) that is a nice rye showcase. Definitely worth a try if you like rye (and I do). Also had the IBA. Now THAT is a damn good brew! It's worth going here just for that beer. It's the first time I've come across this new hybrid, but I'll definitely keep an eye out for others.

The food is pretty good. We had the special of the day: pulled pork sandwich for $7. Really tasty and a good value. Could have used a bit more sauce on it, though. Also, their fries are coated/battered. They were good, but I prefer my fries "all natural". The sweet potato fries are worth trying.

A must if you pass through Sisters.

For such a small town, this place is huge, even compared to almost all of the Bend brewpubs.

Cool western lodge/stables/saloon feel. Walk inside and restaurant seating to the left and swinging saloon doors to the bar on the right. The building was built in summer 08, and still has a new feel and smell to it. The bar area has nice hardwood floors, a pool table and some table seating. The restaraunt part is spacious and they have a patio off the back (we brought our dog the first time we came) under some bit shady ponderosas.

On the first trip, they only had 3 beers, including their delicious IBA. The second and third times we visited, they had their full lineup of 8 or so including seasonals. The beer is solid and tasty, perhaps served just a bit too cold. I liked their IBA, seasonal ImpyRed, their regular red.

Service has been mixed. When we've come for food, we usually have great service. They've also got some what I assume are highschool kid waiter/waitresses that kinda dissapear or chat in the corner when i'm looking for them to bring ketchup or whatever, maybe a bit of managment crackdown could solve that. The one time we sat in the bar room, we were ignored...amazed to watch the middle-aged bartended just kinda wander about from one task to another, incrediby inefficient and in general a bad server, he needs a desk job or something...

Food was good, solid pub fare. They've got a house burger with all sorts of goo on it that is phenomenal. Good onion rings too.

I agree with previous poster (Red's) comment about the bathrooms. One bathroom means all the barflies have to walk through the family dining area to use the little mens room... strange that they build the place from the groupd up and only put one set of bathrooms in the back of the dining area.

I was expecting a small town to host a small brewpub. Sisters has a population of just 1,700. So how big could a brewpub be here? Well, it's pretty big. Think "lodge". And on the Sunday afternoon of my arrival, it was very busy.

Local building codes require that new structures adhere to classic western designs, so Three Creeks Brewing outwardly resembles something of a livery stable set among towering ponderosa pines. Walk through the front doors and you're greeted by a hostess. That's how big Three Creeks is; it has a hostess. And she'll be happy to seat you in the restaurant to your left. To the right, pass through swinging saloon doors and enter the spacious bar.

Ninety days after first opening, Three Creeks looks and feels brand new. No one has spilt beer yet on the bronze colored felt of the two pool tables and everything looks orderly and alive. There are hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and an outdoors patio. The staff are smart, hip, and friendly and the food is thoughtfully prepared, modestly priced barfare worth eating.

Six regular ales are offered along with two or three seasonals and no guests. A beer engine is planned but not yet installed. Beers are mostly of mid-range session ale potency with a bottled winter seasonal at 8.6% ABV. A clouded rye ale serves in place of a hefeweizen and instead of an IPA, a highly hopped black ale is offered called 8 Second IBA. Quality at this early junction is mixed. My favorite was the rye though the pale and the red were also quite enjoyable.

The thing I liked least about Three Creeks was the tiny men's room. No, that's not a room reserved for tiny men. It's a room with just one standup and one sitdown and it's entirely insufficient to service demand, especially with lots of kids in the restaurant. Even my local public library has more porcelain. And they don't serve beer. Also, you have to leave the bar and walk all-the-way through the restaurant to get there. Whoever designed the limited offerings in the remote location clearly hasn't spent as much time in a bar as I have.
