Perhaps a bit expensive, but nothing above what's to be expected from a local Erie brew shop.
It's very clean and professional. There is a good selection of equipment, ingredients, and kits.
The staff is wonderful, obviously experienced brewers who are happy to converse and help you in any way.
To bring it all full circle, I'm fully willing to pay slightly higher prices to be able to engage in such knowledgeable, friendly staff. I can waltz in and ask brewing questions, and they'll happily advise me.

The Prices are a little high; what I can order in the mail from other places in Pittsburgh will cost me the same as walking into the store.
Website is not descriptive of their products at all; this is a shop you have to walk in to see what they have. Their product selection is rated average because this place is not the biggest; nor are you allowed to browse products. There is a service window.
Service is excellent. Staff is knowledgable and willing to assist always. If you need something, they will get it for you.
