Our blonde ale packs a zippy punch of hop aroma! This brew features a flavorful blend of North American malts and is fully loaded with Cascade and Centennial hops.

Pours a slightly hazy rich straw, big 2.5" head, excellent lacing and retention. Nose is hop forward, though with lighter notes of tropical fruit and light pine; balanced by wheat, dough, and sweet yeast esters. Taste is refreshingly bitter, with a more noble hop character beyond the expected grapefruit and floral notes of the Centennials and Cascade that's in here. Drink very dry as well, which combined with the crisp and clean mouthfeel makes this a very refreshing and enjoyable experience. It's far more hop forward than is typical for the style, but on balance, it is criminally underrated.

Poured a light golden color in a stone imperial pint glass.
Light fruit- citrus in the aroma.
Medium MF.
Taste: citrus and a little grape.
The flavors broaden with warming. This beer is better tasted close to 50°.
Enjoyable, but not complex.

Pours a clear pale straw color with soapy white head the quickly dissipated into a light cap.
Nice hoppy aroma for a blonde ale. Notes of citrus, mainly grapefruit.
The taste as a nice mellow grapefruit flavor. Some lemon zest and a slight touch of pine.
Solid feel on the palate. Good balance of malt and hop. Fizzy carbonation. Mild bitter aftertaste. Low ABV.
A hoppy blonde ale that should replace the macro lager at this ABV.

16 ounce can, just over one month old, poured into a willi becher glass. Pours a beautiful clear yellow in the glass with a white two finger head. Highly effervescent beer with beautiful little bubbles rising up the glass. The head lingers well, keeping the beer looking great as I drink the whole glass. Hoppier than expected nose for a blonde ale - surprisingly similar to the SNPA my wife was drinking at the time with pine, citrus, and a little bready malt to balance it out. This is labeled a blonde ale but really smells and tastes like an APA - a phenomenal one at that. Lemongrass and citrus flavors, a touch of resin, and crackery malt backbone. Really delightful. Maybe those looking for a classic blonde ale, with more of a creamy/malty profile, would be disappointed by this, but if you go into it expecting an APA, and a darn good one at that, you'll be pleased.

L: pale, clear lemon yellow with a white foamy head that laces as it slowly dissolves
S: lemon, lemon blossoms, some fresh white bread, a little pine
T: sweet malts, flowers, a touch of honey, citrus & floral hops, a little honeydew, some lemon/orange/grapefruit zest
F: moderate carbonation and a full mouth with a mild peppery sweet malt finish
O: very, very good. Well balanced with the citrus floral hops working with the sweet malts.
