Pours a very hazy gold color witb a thin off white head. Aroma has strong grassy citrus notes. Taste is surprisingly full. Lowish malt, almost moderate bitterness. Feel is soft.
Great session. Well worth buying.

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a nice looking semi-murky orange/copper color with a two finger white foamy head that slid off at a mild pace. Substantial milky white foamy lace wound around the glass nicely.
The aroma cut in on sharp sweet zesty floral and grassy toned hops. Mild clean cracker malt backbone, seemed barely noticeable.
The flavor was punch through the zesty and floral hop qualities. Grassiness is a bit lighter but enjoyable. Mild cracker to zesty and floral aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about light bodied but almost made me think medium. I mean it could have been, but in a light sort of way. Carbonation felt good, fairly light. ABV felt fairly close to what was projected. Mild zesty hop spice sort of finish with that cracker malt.
Overall, as a session IPA, it works. Don't expect to get drunk, but hey this lil' guy packs a ton of flavor. And it's easy drinking.

Pours a hazy orange-gold hue with a thick head into my glass. Sweet and crisp with citrus and fresh hay in the nose. Pleasant citrus followed with a light pine bitterness. Drinks like a "regular strength" IPA with half the alcohol. Well worth a try if hard to find at times.

Pours dark orange in the glass with a dense white head. Big round body and mouthfeel. Pine and candied orange peel are the flavors I get. Crisp, biting bitter finish. Drinks like a traditional IPA. Impressive flavor in a session beer.

nice slightly hazy golden orange.
nose is faint but pleasant. earthy dankness, light pine and subtle grassiness, a bit of citrus zest and some sweetness.
pleasantly surprised by the taste. bright citrus up front and really nice bubblegum sweetness, some bready malts and a touch of bitterness on the finish. mouthfeel is light, very nice level of carbonation. overall not a ton going on but thats not surprising given that its at 3.8%. also not surprising that lawsons have crafted this delicate session ale that completely nails it in terms of finding a great balance between flavor and crushability. if for some reason you wanted to drink an absolutely obscene amount, and drink a tasty beer while doing so... this is the one! unfortunately you can only get it 1 bottle at a time very infrequently - until the new brewery opens!!!
