Served on tap at the brewpub, 11/3

CBC carrolwood cougar. Pours a Dirty gold with white foam that sticks all over. Fruit nose with the advertised lemongrass kumquat oranges. Wheaty taste backed by a firm pushy hop. Hard bitter close. Citrus rind. Very nice. 375 35 375 375 375

On tap at the Brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma is somewhat perfume-like, but not astringent or unpleasant. Smells like roses, lemons, orange peels. Flavor follows with light sweetness that begins with citrus and lemongrass, a little bit of spice, and an expected wheat finish. Light bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Overall I liked this one and it was easy drinking. The orange peel and tangerine flavor is a nice touch.
