A- Thin, lacy head, pale white in color, that quickly dissipates. Cloudy peach-colored body. 4.25

S- Huge tartness and big fruit flavor. There's some heavy funk and that distinct aroma of apricot. 4.25

T- So much apricot here. Slightly earthy and a tad of funk. Apricot dominates here and is great. 4.25

M- Medium-bodied with a biting tartness. 4.25

Excellent beer with huge fruit flavors.

650 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Nice big white head. Thick collar. Great retention. Hazy orange body.

Small - Apricot is nice. Lightly acidic. Lightly malty. Strong yeast esters.

Taste - Apricot juice right up front. Sharp tartness and lots of sharp grain and yeasty flavors. Astringent. Kinda sweet in the finish.

Mouthfeel - Medium body. Sweet, then a little sour, then a rough seltzery texture in the back end.

Overall - Very nice apricot aroma and even flavor up front, but the rest of it is rough.

Very pleasant apricot flavor, with mild sourness. The balance was very good.
