Bright red with a thin, fuzzy light pinkish-white blanket.
Smell is seedy, acidic raspberry, blackberry and cherry with a little toasted bread.
Taste is fresh, tart raspberry mellowed out by the still present bready malt. There's also a little seedy, slightly milky funk but it's mostly smooth tartness with a consistently carbonated, crisp moderate body and a semi-dry finish. Lemon-lime-cherry pops in occasionally as well.
There isn't even the slightest hint of artificial or medicinal flavors in this beer at all, which is a stark contrast to the Kuhnhenn Raspberry Eisbock I had a few days ago.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours slightly hazy ruby/pinkish orange/copper color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a thin lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of big tart/tangy raspberries, cranberry, lemon, lime, green apple, pear, melon, peach, white grape, pepper, wheat, lightly toasted biscuit, hay, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of raspberries, fruity/acidic/spicy yeast, and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart/tangy raspberries, cranberry, lemon, lime, green apple, pear, melon, peach, white grape, pepper, wheat, lightly toasted biscuit, hay, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Moderate fruity/lactic tartness and yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy raspberries, cranberry, lemon, lime, green apple, pear, melon, peach, white grape, pepper, wheat, lightly toasted biscuit, hay, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, fruity/acidic/spicy yeast, and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tart/spiciness balance, and zero puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from tart/spiciness and carbonation, increasing through the glass. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, creamy/bready/grainy/acidic, and lightly tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol for 7.2%. Overall this is an outstanding fruited sour saison! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, fruity/acidic/spicy yeast, and bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink; with the balanced lactic/spicy/creamy finish. Perfectly balanced between fruit, lacto, and saison yeast flavors. A tad on the malty side, but never overly sweet. A highly enjoyable offering.
