Bottle courtesy of JRedner. Pours a clear gold color with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet-corn-like malt, notes of grass and wheat, some hints of yeast, apples, and pears. Flavor is sweet and wheaty with notes of corn, grass, honey, and hints of malt and floral hops. Generally light bodied with a crisp finish. Excellent drinkable pilsner.

Thanks for the taste, Joe. Pours a smooth gold color with nice white head. Aroma is sweet corn, grass, and sugar. Flavor i smooth: lots of sweetness, some hops, and light malt. Very smooth, easy drinking, and relatively sessionable beer. Nice take on the pils style, not my favorite style, but this one is very easy-drinking.

One of the lucky ones who got to try this seemingly limited release from CCB. Thanks guys! Wish you'd make more...

A: Crystal golden with a light beige head, nice retention, pretty.

S: Sweet, sharp cheese, malty, faint fruity hops and notes of raspberries hiding in the background.

T: Awesome pilsner, very earthy and refreshing. No "bite" to it. Yet not sweet...somewhere in between, which is what I love about a great pilsner. This is definitely one of the best I've had.

Value: All CCB beers I've tried so far are 'you get what you pay for' types. Not cheap, but they don't drink cheap either. A winner...

Very nice pils. Had a slight sweet tropical flavor to it. Would be a great summer beer.

Awesome looking pilsner, great white fluffy head, golden straw color body with fast rising bubbles. Perfect for hot days, or on the patio.... smell is faint but like a typical pilsner, tastes is authentic but has a small bite on the back. Hops a little amped up for style, but its an american beer. Body is also a little more but i like it. A quality frsh pilsner, we could use more like this.
