Coffee brown body, one finger of sandy head
Smells of nuts, cherry pits, brown sugar, toffee, cocoa
Sweet, earthy, toasty. Coffee and toffee
Medium body, creamy, barely feel the carbonation
It's decent

Yum! Six pack from dry tavern. Just enough sweet and licorice to be a really good beer! I don't like overly sweet beers, and this one hits spot on for me. Hints of tobacco as well.

Pours out a deep brown with a tan head. Retention is minimal and not seeing any lacing.

Getting some light coffee with vanilla in the nose. Toasted bread as well. Fairly aromatic.

Plenty of toasted grains and light coffee in the taste. Still getting hints of vanilla. Its mildly sweet with very light if any bitterness. So simple yet some delicious.

The mouthfeel medium bodied. Its soft, smooth, lightly carbonated. Coats the palate nicely.

Solid brown ale. Mouth feel is a little on the light side. Could avoid the oatmeal flake. Great tobacco taste, but looking for a stronger coffee taste.

Picked up a can from the Kings Beer & Wine cooler 5-25-18 for $1.89. Canned on 3-27-18; consumed 9-26-18.

Beer poured brown with a decent off white head with the initial pour.

Nose has hints of espresso and chocolate.

Taste is a nice carmelized/toasted malt/oatmeal base with a nice interjection of espresso with a touch of chocolate.

Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and smooth from the oatmeal addition.

Overall an enjoyable brown. Coffee products and chocolate are great adjuncts to this style!

Decent brown. Poured from can to pint glass. Dark mahogany liquid capped with light khaki head. Aromas of nutty goodness, malt, and cocoa powder. Flavor is nice and malty, with almonds, toffee and caramel all riding along. Feel is on the thinner side.

Pours dark chestnut brown ale with 2-finger beige head, moderate retention.
Smell - cocoa, hazelnut, toasted malts.
Taste follows the smell.
Light body, soft carbonation, round to some extent. Delicious.
