Poured from the 12oz bottle into a pint glass.

A: pours an amber color with a small finger of off-white head that diminishes but leaves a good lacing. Not exactly crystal clear.

S: You get the caramel maltiness upfront, a little sweet but far from overbearing. Rounds up with a good citrus hop aroma. Smells great!

T: Tastes a great deal like it smells. The hops are upfront, followed by the sweet caramel malts. Finishes bitter on the tongue. A pretty hoppy red ale.

M: A good bit of carbonation adds to a spicy feeling on the tongue. Doesn't coat the mouth very much.

O: I really enjoy this one from Cigar City. If they distributed to my area in SC i would pick it up regularly. Nice and hoppy, full of flavor, 10/10 will drink again!

Pours a deep amber with a thin off-white head that quickly dissipates. Not much lacing. Citrus hop and caramel dominate the nose, with nice bread notes coming through. Drinks like it smells, citrus and caramel upfront with moderate breadiness on the backend. Well balanced. Finishes malty with slight hop bitterness. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, even though I'm not a fan of the style, this is an extremely well crafted beer that is insanely drinkable! CCB continues to impress!
