12 oz poured into an over-sized snifter

A: Over the top head, thick as could be, probably resulting from the end of the keg. Quickly dissipates to leave a lacey film around the edges. Body is a light honey yellow that is the slightest hazy appearance.

S: Crisp, refreshing malts with hints of bready notes. Quite enjoyable, smells of potent toasty malts. Some herbal, spicy hops but really subdued.

T: Crisp bitterness starts off on the lips transitioning into a welcoming fruity, herbal hop notes. Fresh earthy taste lingers around.

M: Carbonation bitterness all the way around mixes with a slight fruityness this Table Saison incredibly drinkable while full of flavor.

O: Excellent beer for the hot summer days, outside / tailgating. One you could take a sip and come back to an hour later like you never left off. Very impressed. I can appreciate this a little more with out the Belgian yeast I am accustomed too with Farmhouse ales.

Poured from a growler into a tumbler. I picked this up at Cigar City Brewing during the Hunahpu release event. Growler is 14 days old

A: Pours a golden hue with a slight haze cloudiness. Head was about 2 fingers worth of bright white fluffy foam, but recedes very quickly to a ring. Even after 2 weeks in a growler, carbonation was streaming off the bottom of the glass.

S: Nose Is very floral, big citrus notes, and a hint of peppery spice. Nice barnyard/wet hay funk notes as well.

T: Taste is of grains, light hop notes, and then a light sour note hits at the end of the tongue.

M: Medium bodied; Good mouth feel, cracker-like matiness coats the tongue just enough to let you savor the notes. The carbonation then cleans the palate and refreshes. Overall a good saison with some light hoppiness.

One of the better saisons I've tried. I ordered it at cigar city in my quart to take home, didn't even try a sample before I did.

poured into a very nice cigar city snifter glass from the growler. poured a very heavenly golden light straw color with BIG bubbles floating up. tiny thin head, not foamy. went away quickly to nothing.

I will tell you exactly what I taste but it will not be specific cause I am not sure what I'm tasting. It tastes like a popular ESB to me. It has a funky bitterness to it but easy to drink! Almost has a nuttiness to it like an octoberfest too. These are the things I taste. mouthfeel is outstanding. alcohol of course is 4% so no hit from there. Not a beer you would gulp down but one you could really enjoy slowly. that bitter aftertaste you get from it, does go away very nicely so you can enjoy your next sip.

Overall, great beer. recommended! try it!

Pours a golden haze, half finger frothy white head, Very Nice lacing

Smells fruity, banana crisp, clean, slight hefeweizen appeal.

well carbonated, light bodied

Light, fruity, slight souring towards the very back of the tongue as the last flavor

Very nice, favorite saison Ive had thus far.

Tasted at the Grovetoberfest in Miami, Fl.

A - Hazy to clear straw in color. Light orangy, honey color. Nothing of head.

S - Honey, tropical fruits, floral essences, and some spices are around on the smell of this beer. Very complex and heavy smell, but not a repugnant smell.

T - Lemony bitterness, spice hints like coriander, cloves. Hops with strong flavor are also in this beer. If I were master brewer I would tell you which hops this beer has. Also, honey and fruits are on the flavor.

M - Non sticky, smooth, and light, but with a lot of body.

O - Excellent beer with lots of flavor going around. A really unique beer.
