Rattle N Hum special tap. Almost chocolate, looks like a red wine as dark body and no head. Slightly astringent, medium mouthfeel, not so much of a double but above average stout. Tastes like a wine with chocolte commingled. Not the best Cigar City, but still wrth a try.

Deep dark viscous looking pour...per usual, Cigar City stouts are always pleasing to the eye
Smells of sweet raisins blended with cinnamon and flash of booze
Strange...when the beer hits the mouth it starts thick and rich in feel but once on the tongue and through the finish it thins out rapidly leaves a much lighter than expected feel. Some red cherry in the middle along with cinnamon and a truckload of dark fruitiness..assuming the raisin. Unexpectedly smokey with a distinct ashy quality. Hides the alcohol fairly well. Not all that cohesive and, in parts, a bit flabby.
Feel is certainly a let down. I felt like the beer itself was disintegrating in my mouth. Odd by CCB standards and certainly has me questioning whether this bottle sat too long.
