At Coasters Pub's Belgian Beer Fest. This brew was made specifically for this event and was brewed with caramalized plantains and raisins.

Pours a slightly hazy brown with a fluffy tan head. Smell is sweet, caramel, toffee and a hint of banana. Taste is more of the same but the plantains are part of the party and are added skillfully. They don't take over but blend into the flavor really well. This is one easy-drinking brew!
