A 12 fl oz can with a canned on date of 7th September 2016. Poured into a Spiegelau Wheat Ale glass.

Appearance: A slightly hazy golden straw yellow colour with a one finger white head that dissipated fairly quickly and left some sparse spotty lacing.

Aroma: Wheat, coriander, clove and overripe banana sweetness with a hint of citrus peel.

Taste: Coriander and wheat upfront with a touch of lemon citrusness. However after that, the taste just suddenly falls off to almost nothing.

Mouthfeel: Dry-ish, light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Overall: It was certainly refreshing and quite nice when it first hits your mouth, but after that, I felt that its main problem appeared which was that the taste just falls off really quickly to nothing after the initial hit.

Tasted from a 12 oz can in a globe glass.

L - Light golden color with a bluish tint of very light haze. White colored head is not very impressive, but it hangs around as a thin partial sheet and some lacing, all made up of tiny, clear bubbles.

S - Fresh aromas of crisp, cracked wheat and barley overlaid by strong citrus and herbal notes.

T - Lemon-like citrus and a low herbal note are the primary flavors. Some grainy wheat in the mid-palate. the lemon returns in a tart, dry finish.

F - Thin to medium body. Low, slightly prickly carbonation. Low hops bitterness. No alcohol presence. All seem appropriate for the style.

O - This is a light, drinkable beer that would be great in hot weather. I wouldn't say it is completely true to the style, due to its low wheat and malt flavors and overly assertive citrus, but it works very well on its own.

A good witbier from the brewery cigar city. 12oz can poured into a teku glass.

Notes of orange, vanilla and citrus leading to lemon/lime. Worth it at least once. Cheers!

Poured into a pint glass. A moderately hazy golden-straw color with a modest white head. The foam left fairly quickly and did not leave any trace. The aroma was nice and detectable on the pour out of the can - oranges, black pepper, and coriander. The coriander was most prominent on the first sip. Prominent peppery spice and dough, crackery malt, and a bit of citrus. Medium-bodied and dry on the finish.

Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is quite intense on spices but it's not too pungent. Some sweet wheat malt and vanilla in the background. Taste is also quite spicy but the flavors blend very well together. Overall leans toward the sweet side but it's really mellow. Medium body, quite smooth on the palate but also quite effervescent. It's a great example of the style with it's nice wheat and vanilla sweetness, smooth mouthfeel and tasty spices.

Poured from a can dated APR/28/16 (4 months old),into a Funky Buddha snifter.

Thin,soapy,white head,that dissolves fast.Light gold in color,with some floaties.Light carbonation.

On the nose I get yeast, sweet breads, and sweet malts. All of the aromas I am getting are very bright. Also getting a healthy dose of honey notes in the nose.

The palate follows the nose, yeast, sweet bread, and sweet malts. The overall flavor of this beer is SWEET.

Medium / thin body, with a medium dry finish

This is a pretty good beer. They didn't get very creative on this one,and that isn't necessarily a bad thing.Very smooth, and drinkable beer.

T: Flavor was dry and flowery orange, lemon grind is fresh and wet, with a some fresh flowery hops. Lightly tart, lemony and spicy, with some light corriander, bread and tequila lime.

M: Crisp seltzer like carbonation makes things lively on the tongue, with a light and creamy body.

O: Crisp, tart and lemony, good to style, flavorful worth a check. can appreciate.

Bright golden with orange highlights, short lasting white head with small amounts of lacing. Orange, banana and clove-typical for this style of beer on the nose. Citrus; lemon peel and manadarin orange, clove, faint bubblegum. Mouthfeel is a bit lacking, expecting that lighter, fluffiness feel.

Florida Cracker has a thick, spongy, white head, a hazy, yellow-gold appearance, some bubbles, and pretty substantial lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of very low level coriander spice, with white wheat bread. Taste is similarly dull & flaccid, with maybe, perhaps, a hint of citrus rind. There is the spice or white pepper thing, though. Tap water is picked up. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and Cigar City's Florida Cracker finishes medium wet and dull.

Single can copped at Quinn's in Marco Island. Pours a hazy, golden hue with moderate frothing. Strong lemon zest aroma detectable on the nose and tongue with hints of sweet citrus, coriander, and orange peel. Thirst quenching and recommended.

A: Hazy golden straw with two finger white bubbly head.
S: Wheat, coriander, very mild hay probably from the wheat, very faint orange aromatic.
T: Follows the nose. Strong coriander upfront with grainy wheat. Mild citrus but almost lemony. Faint spicy and earthy finish.
M: Prickly carbonation. Light bodied. Goes down way to easy. Finished the beer before the review.
o: A pretty good representation of the style and definitely a summer bbq beer.

Decent beer. Looks nice, bright, and cloudy. Smells lemony. Taste isn't bland, though for my taste buds, a bit too sour. Feels a bit watery. A beer I wouldn't turn down, but wouldn't go out of my way to buy.

Good rendering of the witbier style. Heavy on the coriander just like I like it. Clean finish. Feels good on the way down. Thumbs up. Now about the name...is it a cracker because of the wheat or because it is a "white" beer. If they are going to call this beer cracker, they better use the equivalent term for their schwarzbier.

Cloudy hazy witbier with a satisfying amount of coriander which lets you know that this beer is different than the reset. Had hesitations about the amount of coriander as it is not my favorite spice but this was much better than expected and was very easy to drink in the hot florida summer night.

I do not enjoy white ale's, nor Belgian-style yeast, but I liked this beer a lot. That might actually be why my rating here is a bit higher than the expectation. The flavor here was enough for me to get over the sourness of the Belgian yeast, which I don't enjoy. That might explain why others might not always love it as much.

Poured into a snifter.

2.75 A: Hazy medium yellow color. One finger of frothy off-white head. Retention is below average and just a lone wisp of lacing is left.

3.75 S: Big coriander spiciness with light notes of pepper and clove underneath. Mild yeastiness, spicy hops, hay, and neutral sweet maltiness.

4.5 T: So much coriander and I love it. I don't think a beer can be brewed with too much coriander. Otherwise, mild pepper and clove. Earthy hay, neutral malts, and just a touch of lemony fruits.

4.25 M: Lighter medium body. Good moderate carbonation. Pleasantly creamy yet crisp and refreshing. Really nice here.

4.5 D: Great witbier. Powerful coriander makes this a tasty summer treat.

Can bottom says "CANNED MAR/10/16 15:28 CHEERS"

And cheers to you. Color: apricot and cloudy with a white head, perhaps a bit of tint in the suds. Fairly fine carbonation, moderately durable foam. Smell: cereal, with some dry tropical grasses. Taste: It's balanced, but not very big. It's pleasant enough, with some expected yeasty and fruity flavors, but it's a bit watery on the backside. Also a bit of pepper on the top. The flavor blend is nice, but it would be better if it were stronger, more forceful. Mouthfeel minimal. My first beer from this brewery, and I'd be glad to try another.

About the color of a lager, slightly hazy, thin lacy white head. Virtually no smell. Taste is relatively bland with just the slightest Belgian twang.. Not entirely my cup of tea, but I could drink if nothing else were available.

Pours a hazy golden straw color with a thick creamy white head.

It has that funky belgian smell that is so good with some notes of sweet and spice and then that wheat-y finish. Very nice. Taste is a nice wheat flavor with some spice and coriander notes. Subtle citrus undertones give it some real complexity and depth. Its pretty carbonated which makes this beer "pop" when you drink it. Very light mouthfeel and very smooth.

Overall I wasn't expecting much, but this beer was really good - nice balancing of the complexity of the style while still making a very drinkable beer especially in hot florida weather. .

This is my second review of a CC beer. Tough to come by back home, but seem to be one of the better FL breweries. Color pours a hazy straw yellow, good look. Flavor is bread, orange, and just a taste of coriander...similar aroma. Mouthfeel was a touch intense for a white, but youll find worse. All-in-all its worth your time.

Can. Pours like a witbier should. Phenols, coriander, wheat, spices. I find these descriptors both in flavor and aroma. Body has a creamy aspect to it. It maintains a light weight on the tongue. Far from memorable, yet I was not unhappy with the sample.
