12 oz can poured into a pils glass

A: pours a hazy amber with a beautiful head that sticks around till the very end.

S: pleasant hefe-like yeastyness with a grainy back. some fruity esters noted. Certain level of very, very light toasty/biscuit notes also present.

T-Bright citrus mixed with enjoyable bread/yeast flavors pop at first. Light hints of sweet dried fruits and subtle malts also present. Slight black pepper hits at the end. After taste is mild but enjoyable, leaving a slight maliness on the tongue.

M-loved the body on this beer. A perfect head that recedes all the way down and medium to heavy carbonation keeps it refreshing and really accents some of the bright citrus flavors.

O: A good, straightforward beer from a brewery I already love. I could see why they named this beer the "Florida Cracker". If I was pushing head of cattle around central Florida in the blistering sun I would have wanted to have one of these with lunch too.

Golden pour, medium head
The belgian yeast/wheat aroma was the main smell for me
The vanilla may have killed any of the citrus or spice for me on this beer
Very drinkable and sessionable for me

12oz can. Canned 5/6/15. Appearance: Light golden, hazy, moderate white foam cap. Aroma: Bready malt, orange zest, with some light apple and pear esters. Taste: Light bready malt with a punch of orange zest and citrus, finishing with a bit of coriander spice. Apple and pear yeast flavor emerges in the back end. Mouthfeel: Moderate body, hint of creaminess, strong carbonation. Finish: Orange peel and coriander spice linger on the tongue, with strong retronasal apple and pear yeast esters. Overall: Top notch witbier. Appearance and aroma are par for the course, but flavor has a burst of citrus and orange peel, with nice fruity yeast esters on the back side
