A: Hazy pale straw/light lemon color. About a finger of fizzy head. Some lacing present. Looks citrusy and refreshing.

S: Mostly cracker, hay, and grass. Faint lemon. No hint of orange. Spicy wheat, herbal coriander, and yeast.

M: Medium-light body with a light cream feel, a bit frothy in effect leading to a tart finish. Good carbonation level without a lot of effervescence.

T: Graham cracker, wheat malt, dry toast and grass. Tart and slightly orange finish. Not very sweet. Sides more on the spicier and herbal side of the equation. Sulfuric pear finish. Not complex, straightforward, and one witbier I don't mind revisiting.

Had a sample at SN Beer Camp Philly

A-This pours a hazy straw with a small white head that leaves no lacing.

S-The nose is of hay and some grassiness.

T-Lots of citrus and esters to the tongue, with some grain and cracker in the mid-palate, finishing grassy.

M-The palate is perfect for summer, with light carbonation which make it very easy drinking.

O-Overall this beer is perfect for summer. No real thrills.
