A - 750 ml bottle with bottled on date stamped on the side. The beer is a light tan/orange color with some faint red tints. Big foamy head that subsides quickly. No lacing.
S - Fruity and peppery with a TINY bit of funk. You can definitely smell the guava. Lots of citrus in the nose with a yeast background.
T - Belgian peppery yeast is immediately apparent, as well as a pretty strong guava presence. Much much more than Guava Grove. Also some orange/citrus flavor there which makes it a tiny bit tart up front. There is also a nice malt flavor, sweet and bready, towards the middle of the palate. The beer isn't too dry but finishes substantial bitterness. It tastes really well put together; this is a craft brew for sure.
M - Thick and fulfilling. The carbonation is pretty strong; perfect for the style. Drinks like a Belgian style ale should.
At the end of the day, this is a great beer. The guava flavor and profile is a LOT more pronounced than Guava Grove, and it is better in my opinion. I would easily recommend this beer to anybody. Cheers!

Bottle: Poured a light reddish color ale with a large off-white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet guava notes with some tart notes also noticeable. Taste is also dominated by light sweet juicy guava notes with light rat notes also noticeable. Body is full enough for style with good carbonation. This one packs a lot of drinkability for the style with not much acidity.
