From tasting notes. Appearance: Smell: Perfumey fruit and spice – citrus and especially ginger over light malts, over ripe fruit. Taste: Apricots, citrus, orange, on the start with orange peel and ginger big on the finish. Dry thoughout but has light malts in the background. Mouthfeel: medium body and medium high carbonation.

Thanks to BColton1 for breaking this out. Pours a dull orange hue with a loose, off-white head that fizzes and quickly dissipates. Nose is slightly medicinal and expresses tangerine notes. Taste consistent with nose - begins with sweet citrus (tangerines) and finishes with tart grapefruit. The medicinal character in the nose creates a nice transition between the sweet and sour. Mouthfeel is light-medium and mildly acidic with a lively carbonation. Overall, a pretty interesting beer, but not something I could drink a lot of in a sitting. A 4oz. pour was quite sufficient.

At CCB on Hunahpu Eve. Pours pinkish orange with one finger head. Smells like grapefruit juice and sugar with some yeast funk. Taste is sweet with sligght tartness. Grapefruit, mango, funky yeast finish. Light mouthfeel with low to medium carbonation. Very nice and very flavorful saison.
