Served slightly chilled into a pint glass.

Pours a murky brown with half an inch of foamy beige head that seems to linger forever leading to a heavy surface layer with moderate lacing.

Aromas of what else, but peach cobbler. Peach, cinnamon and walnuts.

Flavors follow through the aromas. Nicely balanced, without the peach being overly sweet and cloying.

Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Sweet finish with a mild aftertaste.

Overall a very interesting and pleasant beer. And that's coming from someone who's not a huge fan of peaches outside of a fresh one in the hand. If you like peaches or just want to try something different, definitely worth trying a glass.

This beer was the goods - like the best execution of a Short's crazy fruit beer.

This pours like any other brown ale. Looks the part and doesn't elude to the upcoming AMAZING smells. The peach, brown sugar and graham cracker-like smells just explode off of this beer. It smells decadent, yet balanced and not saccharine. One of the most impressive smelling beers I have had. The taste delivers in a similarly impressive fashion. The brown sugar and graham cracker maltiness sit nicely in the background as the malts of a slightly sweeter brown ale. The peach is up front and very natural tasting. Just exceptionally executed. The body and carbonation were spot on for us. Overall, I can't imagine this having come out better than what they had intended. Impressive work.

Oh, and blended with Oculus from Crooked Stave (a beer that is kind of like Beatification), was an excellent choice. As a peach cobbler sour brown it was also very nice.

Holy Jesus this beer smells stellar.
Thank you Paul for this brew. Everyone who reads this.. Go to Cajun Bayou now and eat Paul's food.
Pours reddish brown. Solid. But who cares...
It's beer smells extraordinary. Peach cobbler. Like for reals!
Tastes great. Actually... We blended this beer with Crooked Stave Oculus with Great success! The sourness adds a lot of promise. Overall... On its own, very good. Blended with something that adds sourness. It's beer becomes extraordinary

32oz growler picked up at the brewery last week.

Hazy, amber-orange elixir poured into SA glass. One finger beige head, thick lacing.

Peaches, cinnamon, brown sugar, nutty, malt biscuit.

Peaches, spice, hazelnut, malt backbone.

Nicely carbonated, medium body, balanced.

Not a huge spice/fruit beer guy, but this one really is nice and refreshing on a beautiful FLA day.
