On tap at Peg’s during the Berliner Bash. Served in a mini snifter. Pours a moderate golden color with a thin head. The nose has a decent bit of mango alongside a bit of pepper heat. The flavor takes that and goes way off balance. The heat isn’t super over the top, but it’s enough to take the beer way out of balance, tasting more like a chili beer than any sort of berliner weiss. Background acidity is mild and the mango is quite muted. Not a big fan of this at all.
